phmine accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Prohibited Payment Methods: phmine does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit phmine's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phmine reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phmine reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable Philippine law or regulatory direction.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, phmine reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach, phmine will return the Player's real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.
Players may close their phmine account at any time by contacting the phmine support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
